Building a workforce is not a one-person game, it’s the game of the whole team, that is the reason why leadership is required. But it’s not just hiring good people, but also making people becoming better day by day. Make people believe in what you believe, and then lead by content to make them believe in you. Then, build many better versions of you in each area.
Step up to show people what a normal person can do (better), and then step back to create a playground for others. But remember, in the worst situation, you must be skillful enough to help others to overcome the situation.
